1Who we are

Hisora LLC (“Hisora”, “we”, “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company. We design and build AI voice agents, messaging automations and booking workflows for small and medium businesses.

2The two different roles we play

This is the most important section of this policy, because the rest of it changes depending on which role applies.

As a controller. When you visit our website, contact us, or become our client, we decide what data is collected and why. This policy governs that data.

As a processor. When we build and operate a voice agent or messaging workflow for a client, that client’s customers call or text the client’s business. The client is the controller of that data; we process it on their instructions and under their agreement with their own customers. If you are an end customer of one of our clients and want your data corrected or deleted, contact that business — we will act on their instruction, and we will help them do it.

3What we collect as a controller

CategoryWhat it isWhy
Contact detailsName, email, phone, company, anything you put in a form or send usTo reply to you and to deliver work you have engaged us for
Client project dataBusiness hours, services, pricing, staff names, calendar configurationTo build and operate what you hired us to build
Billing dataInvoice records and payment statusLegal and tax obligations. We do not store card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe
Website analyticsWe do not run analytics on our website. No tracking cookies, no third-party tags
Embedded videoOur site embeds no video by default. If you press play on a video, it is loaded from YouTube at that point and YouTube may set cookies. We use youtube-nocookie.com. Nothing is loaded, and no cookie is set, unless you press play
CommunicationsEmails, messages and call notes exchanged with usRecord of the engagement

We do not buy contact lists, and we do not sell data.

4Calls and recordings

We build systems that answer telephone calls using an artificial voice.

  • Calls to our clients’ agents may be recorded and transcribed so the system can book appointments, follow up accurately, and be improved. The business operating the line is responsible for disclosing this to its callers, and our agents are configured to identify the business at the start of the call.
  • Recordings and transcripts may contain whatever the caller chooses to say, including their name, phone number, address and the reason for their call.
  • We do not use client call recordings to train public AI models.
  • Where we operate a system on a client’s behalf, recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days and then deleted, unless the client instructs otherwise in writing.

If you are calling a business that uses our technology and you do not want to be recorded, say so on the call, or contact that business directly.

5SMS and mobile messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf — such as our messaging carrier — is permitted solely to deliver the messages you asked for. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any other purpose.

How consent works:

  • We send text messages only to people who have opted in, either by agreeing on a recorded phone call, by submitting a form that clearly said what they were agreeing to, or by messaging us first.
  • Consent to receive messages is never a condition of any purchase or service. Declining changes nothing about the service you receive.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at noursaidana@kinzoraco.com.
  • We honour opt-out requests received by any reasonable means — including said out loud to a voice agent — not only by the STOP keyword.

6Who we share data with

We share only what is necessary, and only with service providers that help us run the service. As of the effective date these are:

We also disclose data where the law requires it, and to professional advisers under confidentiality.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

7Where data is processed

We are a US entity and our providers are primarily in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your data may be transferred to the United States, relying on Standard Contractual Clauses or the receiving provider’s Data Privacy Framework certification, as applicable to that provider.

8How long we keep it

DataRetention
Enquiries that do not become clients12 months
Client project and billing records7 years (tax and legal)
Call recordings and transcripts90 days, or as the client instructs
Opt-out recordsKept indefinitely — we must retain them to keep honouring the opt-out

9Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is limited to Hisora personnel and the providers listed above. Credentials are held in a secrets manager, never in shared documents or source code, and our servers are kept patched. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents additionally have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Write to noursaidana@kinzoraco.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are an end customer of one of our clients, see section 2 — the fastest route is that business.

EEA/UK residents may also complain to their national supervisory authority.

11Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the “last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to tell affected clients directly.
